My stay at The Westin Jakarta had its highs and lows. The amazing views from my room were a definite highlight, but several aspects left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and attentive, though the lounge access fell short of expectations with limited offerings. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s room for improvement.
